The "buy one get one free" offer cannot be combined with:

• the loyalty code FIDEL10 –10% ;
• Pack x3 offer –20% ;
• other promotional codes;
• other discounts or promotional offers currently in progress;
• any other commercial advantage relating to the same products.

When a product benefits from the Clearance sale, the most advantageous offer or the offer applicable according to the basket configuration is retained, without the possibility of accumulation.

Any potential benefits related to delivery remain subject to the usual conditions displayed on the website.

Online orders

To take advantage of the offer on the website, the products concerned must be added to the basket in accordance with the terms indicated on their product page or in the basket.

The free second product offer applies only to products that are strictly identical in reference, weight and packaging, unless otherwise expressly stated on the website.

The offer is valid only during the duration of the operation and while stocks last at the time of order validation.

Adding a product to the cart does not constitute a final reservation of stock until the order is validated.

Returns and cancellations

The consumer’s legal rights, particularly regarding the right of withdrawal for distance purchases, remain applicable under the conditions set out in Buddha Farm’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In the event of a return relating to an order which benefited from the offer, the amount refunded will be determined taking into account the promotional discount actually applied and the amount actually paid.

Availability and end of operation

The operation will automatically end for each item once the stock allocated to it is exhausted, without a single end date necessarily being announced.

Buddha Farm's reserves the right to withdraw an item from the promotion in the event of stock depletion, obvious error or exceptional unavailability.

The photographs and visuals used to present the operation are not contractually binding. The specifications listed on the product sheets are authoritative.

For any questions regarding the operation, consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale or contact a Buddha Farm's salesperson.
