After Metz and Thionville, this marks another step in making hemp wellness products accessible throughout the Fensch Valley and northern Moselle. Why Fameck?
Between Thionville and Metz, we missed the Fensch Valley. Many of our customers from Uckange, Florange, Sérémange, and Hayange were making the trip to Thionville. A location in a commercial area, with parking and daily foot traffic, was the obvious choice: an accessible, visible shop, open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. There you'll find the entire Buddha Farm's range— CBD flowers, oils, resins, infusions, vaping products—with the same personalized advice as in our Metz and Thionville shops.
From vaping to a complete wellness experience
A unique feature of this location is that the shop was originally dedicated exclusively to vaping and e-cigarettes. When Buddha Farm took over the premises, they retained the vaping area—which has a loyal clientele—and expanded it to include their entire range of hemp wellness products: infusions and teas, relaxation products, flowers, oils, resins, and CBD cosmetics. The result is a unique hybrid shop in the Fensch Valley, where customers come both for vaping equipment and for personalized advice on relaxation products.
Behind the scenes: opening a shop starts with paperwork
What you don't see from the storefront: the business registration, the commercial lease, the premises layout, compliance with regulations, and the required declarations. For a CBD business, administrative rigor is essential—product traceability, certificates of analysis, labeling, and communication guidelines. For this entire process, we were assisted by Documentor, a specialist in administrative procedures in Thionville. Their team handled the formalities for opening the establishment, researched the grants we were eligible for to renovate or fit out a business in the Moselle region, and prepared the grant applications. A crucial point: most of these grants must be applied for before work begins—without their support, we would have missed out.
Cash register, inventory, communication: a well-equipped launch
Opening a third store also means replicating a successful organization. Documentor advised us on optimizing our point-of-sale software (compliance, VAT, loyalty program) and implementing inventory tracking: each item is tracked from receipt to sales receipt, with its attached certificates of analysis—essential in case of an audit, and invaluable for preventing stockouts of best-selling products.
