You can consume the AMNESIA CRD 50%  as an infusion . To do this, steep a few grams in a sufficient quantity of boiling water. Be sure to add a fatty substance such as vegetable oil to the preparation.

It is also possible to consume the flower by vaporizing it. In this case, it is recommended to spray the flower with only a device intended for this purpose. The ideal vaporization is between 160°C and 230°C.
